1. Introduction

1.1. Please read these General Terms and Conditions prior to using our website www.casinofive.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). By using or accessing any section of the Website you agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms and conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Terms"):

  • General Terms and Conditions displayed on this page;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Specific terms of advertising campaigns, bonuses, and special promotions offered on our Website;
  • Rules of particular games offered on our Website, which may be accessed through such games;
  • Other terms and conditions that you may accept in order to use certain sections and services available on our Website.

1.2. If you do not agree to accept and abide by all of the Terms, you must not open an account or use any of the services offered through our Website. Further use of the Website will indicate your acceptance of the Terms. Should there be any inconsistency between these terms and any document incorporated by reference, these terms shall prevail. These terms represent a binding agreement between the user and Seven23 Ltd.

1.3. The Terms defined herein regulate any usage provided through Seven23 Ltd.

1.4. Seven23 Ltd is a company incorporated in Saint Lucia with registration number 2024-00030, and subject to Saint Lucia law.

1.5. Seven23 Ltd is licensed and regulated in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake by the Kahnawake Gaming Authority, with license number 00999 issued in April 2025 .

2. Definitions

2.1. "Account" shall refer to the personal account opened by a Player with us.

2.2. "Active Player" shall refer to any customer who has made a minimum of twenty (20) EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) deposit in the past thirty (30) calendar days.

2.3. All reference to "player", "user", "you", "yours" and/or "your", has the meaning of reference to any user which plays on CasinoFive.

2.4. All reference of "us", "we", "our", and/or "ours", has the meaning of reference to Seven23 Ltd, CasinoFive or the website.

2.5. "Bet/s" shall refer to the act of placing a Wager.

2.6. "Bonus" shall refer to any promotions that may be in force from time to time, each regulated by their own Bonus Terms and Conditions.

2.7. "Cheating" is defined as any act, behavior, or scheme designed to gain an unfair advantage or deceive in the context of a casino. This includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:

2.7.1. Utilization of any and all minimum risk strategies, such as low-risk roulette bets (any bet spread combination on roulette games covering twenty-four (24) or more of the thirty-seven (37) unique spots on the table).

2.7.2. Exploitation of any software bug, failure, or loophole.

2.7.3. Participation in any form of activity that the casino, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems abusive.

2.7.4. Engagement in cooperation, collusion, or organization of bets from the same source.

2.8. "Duplicate Account" is defined as any account registered by or associated with an individual, family, household address, phone number, personal or shared computer (such as those at schools, public libraries, or workplaces), or personal or shared IP address.

2.9. "Games", "the Games" or "Game" is referring to any of the gaming products offered on the Website.

2.10. "Games" shall refer to any gaming or betting activity presented on the website for the use of the player.

2.11. "Household" is defined as any individual who inhabits, resides, or makes use of a dwelling that was utilized for the purpose of registering an account with us.

2.12. "Player Data" shall refer to all data held by Us in relation to a specific Player, including any personal data, any gaming data, and any Account information.

2.13. "Processing Fee" refers to a fee that may be applied in certain circumstances where your withdrawal is generating an unnecessary cost for the website. Such fee would be limited to 10% of the withdrawal request amount or 10% of the total Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) (whatever greater) since the deposit/bonus that led to the withdrawal amount being requested.

2.14. "Registration Form" shall mean the form to be filled in by a user to open an Account with us.

2.15. "Relatives" refers to any spouse, partner, parents, children and/or siblings.

2.16. "Terms" refers to any Terms and Conditions, policies, or agreements that the player is bound to upon registering an account with us.

3. General

3.1. The Terms and Conditions also apply to all platforms and devices that enable gameplay of games provided by Seven23 Ltd on CasinoFive.

3.2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and, thus, to amend this agreement between you and Seven23 Ltd. at any time. Where the changes made to the Terms are material, you will be notified in advance and given a time period to accept the changes. You will not be allowed to make use of your account after the lapse of the given time period, unless you accept such changes. 3.3. These Terms become applicable when you register an account with us. By registering an account with CasinoFive, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and accept them.

3.4. You understand and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained in this text, as may be amended from time to time.

3.5. These Terms & Conditions may be published in different languages, reflecting the same principles, for information purposes and to help players. It is however only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between you and Seven23 Ltd. In the event of any inconsistency or disparity between the English version and any non-English version of these Terms, the English version shall take precedence and hold authority.

3.6 By agreeing to these Terms, you authorise us to carry out any verification, due diligence, and compliance checks that we, or third parties acting on our behalf (including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and authorised service providers), may reasonably require in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crime. You further acknowledge and agree that we may request, obtain, and review such information, documentation, and evidence as we consider necessary to verify your identity, source of funds, source of wealth, residential address, business activities, or any other information required for compliance purposes, and that we may request additional or updated documents at any time where deemed necessary to satisfy our legal, regulatory, or internal compliance obligations.

4. General Rights, Obligations and Account

4.1 By entering and using our site you state and confirm subject to sole liability that you are over 18 years of age or comply with a higher minimum legal age, stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to know whether online gambling is legal in your country of residence. Furthermore, you are not to open or access any account on any of our sites if you have registered with any database, or agency that prohibits you from accessing online gambling sites.

4.2. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct, including without limitation your correct date of birth. You agree to inform us of any changes in such details.

4.3. You hereby undertake to inform us whenever you become aware that the information provided to us ceases to be true, complete and correct and to provide us with updated information.

4.4. You hereby accept that you may only use and hereby warrant to only use the Games on your own behalf and not on the behalf of any other person, entity or company. If we become aware that you are using your account on behalf of someone else, your account shall be suspended and/or closed, and we shall take any further actions as may be required by law.

4.5. You may participate in the Games strictly in your personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment reasons only

4.6. You are solely responsible to follow any applicable local, national, federal, state or other laws concerning betting and gaming prior to opening an account or using our services in your country of residence and if you are permitted by applicable law in your country of residence to play and thus open an account with us. We take no responsibility whatsoever if you make any violation or breach of any applicable law. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject your account submission or to deactivate your account without any liability towards you.

4.7. The Company will not assume any liability whatsoever in this regard and will not reimburse any player deposits, winnings or any losses as a consequence of the violation of any legal provision that may be applicable to the player.

4.8. Opening an account or using our services is forbidden where you are a resident of any of the following countries: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Aruba, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Comoros, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Curaçao, Cyprus, North Korea, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gibraltar, Haiti, Iran, Italy, Jamaica, Kenya, Lebanon, Mali, Monaco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Russia, Saint Lucia, Senegal, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Uganda, United Kingdom, United States of America, Vatican City, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen.

4.9. Seven23 Ltd reserves the right not to accept player registrations from countries that are blacklisted by the FATF, or other institutions dedicated to the prevention of money laundering and the use of the financial system for terrorist financing from time to time including the EU Commission through the list of high-risk third countries with strategic deficiencies, and countries sanctioned by the EU and the UN.

4.10. You must register your account by following the on-screen instructions. You will be asked to provide us with personal information required for the fulfilment of our obligations under Anti-Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Laws and Gaming Laws. We will not be able to create your account without this information. This personal data will be held in line with our Privacy Policy.

4.11. You may only participate in any Game only if you have enough funds on your account for such participation.

4.12. You are prohibited from utilizing funds that are tainted or linked to any illicit activities, such as money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful and/or criminal endeavours. This includes funds that do not directly originate from any illegal and/or criminal activity or source.

4.13. It is your sole responsibility to report and account for any taxes or other fees applicable to you under the relevant laws for any funds or winnings that you receive from CasinoFive.

4.14. You accept and understand that by participating in Games of Chance offered by us, you accept the liability potentially losing the funds deposited into your account.

4.15. You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing, or other unlawful activity in relation to your or third parties' participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques (including but not limited to, taking advantage of any loopholes, bugs, or strategies that may provide an advantage) or hardware devices for your participation in any of the Games. We hereby reserve the right to invalidate and confiscate any bets in the event of such behaviour.

4.16. You may only use the software for your own personal, recreational use in accordance with the rules, Terms and Conditions we have established herein and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

4.17. Users shall be courteous to other players using the Website as well as any personnel employed by Seven23 Ltd. Thus, any rude or obscene comments, use any form of hate speech, threats, violent behaviour, or any form of bullying or harassment will not be tolerated and may lead to the cessation of any communication and/or the termination of your account.

4.18. In order for you to be able to place bets and deposit money, you must first register personally with us and open an account ("account"). By opening an account, you confirm that:

4.18.1. You are of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and you can enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

4.18.2. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion on a previous account held with us.

4.18.3. If we have previously closed any of your accounts across Seven23 Ltd and you attempt to open any new accounts this may result in the forfeiture of any deposited funds or winnings.

4.18.4. By accessing or registering for an account without providing full names, residential address, age or date of birth, and contact details, the user agrees that any bets placed, winnings accrued, and funds deposited will be forfeited.

4.18.5. Any bets placed, wagers made, or winnings accrued at any time when the Customer's account does not contain sufficient cleared real funds to cover the full amount of the relevant bet or wager shall be deemed null and void. This shall include, without limitation, any transactions resulting from system errors, game malfunctions, software defects, communication failures, or any other technical or human error that leads to an incorrect balance display, unauthorized credit, or the acceptance of a bet without sufficient funds. The Company reserves the right to cancel such bets and void any associated winnings, and to reverse or recover any funds incorrectly credited to the Customer's account.

4.18.6. A person must not participate in any games of chance using a name, username, or designation that is obscene, indecent, or offensive. Doing so may lead to the forfeiture of any winnings and termination of the account.

4.19. You are permitted to register only for one account, and it must be created personally by you. Attempting to open more than one account on our Website may result having all accounts linked to closed and any winnings forfeited. Seven23 Ltd reserves the right to terminate any duplicate account at any time. If you discover that you have more than one registered account, you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may result in your account being terminated.

4.20. You agree that all information provided in the registration form is complete, true, and accurate. You also agree to promptly inform us if any of this information changes during the term of this agreement.

4.21. You are hereby notified that we carry out verification procedures and that, your Account may be blocked for access or closed if you are found to supply false or misleading information. You are required to update and keep up to date the mandatory information provided in the registration form in the event such information changes.

4.22. As an integral part of the registration procedure, you will be required to select a password for accessing the Website(s). It is your exclusive and individual responsibility to ensure the secure preservation of your login credentials. You must refrain from divulging your login details to any individual. We shall not be held liable for any misuse or exploitation of your Account by third parties arising from your disclosure, whether intentional or inadvertent, whether active or passive, of your login information to any third party. In the event of any suspicion that such information may have been compromised, you must promptly notify our Customer Support team and take appropriate measures to restrict or prevent any unauthorized access to any segment of your account or your funds.

4.23. Transferring funds from your Account to other players or receiving money from other players into your Account, or transferring, selling and/or acquiring user accounts is prohibited.

4.24. Seven23 Ltd reserves the right to refuse or close an Account at its sole discretion, but any contractual obligations already made by Seven23 Ltd shall, without prejudice to any rights available at law to Seven23 Ltd, be honoured accordingly.

4.25. We strictly prohibit any form of player collusion and do not allow any kind of robots and programmed devices to participate in game play.

4.26. If you wish to close your account, you may do so at any time, by contacting customer support in written form. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the Terms and Conditions. In case the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction the player shall indicate it.

4.27. For matters concerning the retention of your data following account closure, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

4.28. The privacy terms and conditions and collection of data are regulated on the Website with our Privacy Policy.

4.29. By accessing our Website, you accept and allow the conditions under which we collect and process data and our principles of data protection.

4.30. Any information you send us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

4.30.1. Player's personal data (such as name, address, telephone number or email address, and which is referred to in the Privacy Policy as "Information", will be processed by Seven23 Ltd in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4.30.2. If at any time Player requests that we stop or restrict the processing of the Player's Information for any of the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, then the Player must update his settings in his account under the personal information section of the website. In the event a player wishes to modify their consent for purposes not explicitly outlined herein, they are required to contact our support team. It is important to be aware that, depending on the nature and purpose of the data processing the player wishes to cease or limit, it may be necessary to terminate the user's account. We will provide guidance upon receiving the request, as certain requests (such as but not limited to, withdrawals) may render it impossible to provide the service without processing specific data.

4.30.3. Some of our services may include hyperlinks to external websites, services, and applications that are operated by third parties. It is important to note that Seven23 Ltd assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of these external websites or applications. Prior to furnishing any personal information to such third parties, it is advisable to carefully assess their privacy practices.

4.30.4. As part of the account registration process, the marketing agreement provides the user with the option to decline receiving notifications regarding upcoming events, offers, and promotions from CasinoFive. Those visitors who wish to exercise this option should refrain from selecting the relevant checkbox during the registration process. In the event that a Player desires to modify their personal information processing preferences at a later time or to withdraw consent previously provided, such changes can be made at any time within the Player's account, specifically within the "Account Information" section.

4.30.5. In the event that a user identifies inaccuracies or errors in the data we hold for them, they have the right to request the correction of such data. It is important to note that we may need to conduct a verification process, in line with our general Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, to confirm the accuracy of any new data provided. We will promptly communicate with the Player upon receipt of a data correction request to inform them of the status of the correction process.

4.30.6. The Player retains the right, at all times, to request the deletion of their personal data. This entitles you to request the removal or erasure of personal data in situations where there is no valid justification for us to continue processing it. It is essential to acknowledge that we may not always be able to fulfil your request for erasure due to specific legal or regulatory obligations, which will be communicated to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.

4.30.7. The Player possesses the right to object to the processing of their personal data, especially in circumstances where we are relying on a legitimate interest basis for processing, and/or if there are specific aspects of their particular situation that lead them to believe it affects their fundamental rights and freedoms. Furthermore, the Player has the right to object when we are processing their personal data for direct marketing purposes. It is worth noting that in certain instances, we may present compelling legitimate legal reasons for processing their information that supersede their rights and freedoms.

4.31. You consent to indemnify us and absolve us from liability with regard to the disclosure of any personal (or other) data as outlined in these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits

5.1. We do not charge any fees for processing deposits; nevertheless, it is possible that your bank may impose charges for which Seven23 Ltd bears no responsibility.

5.2. We may assign minimum deposit levels as specified on the Website.

5.3. Depositing funds into your account can be accomplished using any of the methods specified on the Website, which may be subject to periodic amendments. Information regarding the withdrawal timelines corresponding to the utilized method is accessible on the relevant sections of the Website, and may also be subject to periodic revisions. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 2 business days upon receipt, Withdrawals will only be processed once all required due diligence documentation has been provided. Please note that withdrawals may be delayed if an investigation or dispute is in progress.

5.4. Deposited amounts will be made available in your Account within a reasonable timeframe subsequent to the confirmation of the deposit, applicable to all available deposit options, unless additional verification procedures are deemed necessary.

5.5. We retain the right to implement supplementary procedures and mechanisms for verifying your identity (KYC) when facilitating deposits into your Account.

5.6. In the event that CasinoFive erroneously credits Your Account with winnings that do not rightfully belong to you, whether due to technical errors, human oversight, or any other reason, said amount shall remain the property of CasinoFive, and it shall be deducted from Your Account. Should you have withdrawn funds not rightfully belonging to you prior to CasinoFive becoming aware of the error, without prejudice to other legal remedies and actions available, the erroneously paid amount shall constitute a debt owed by you to CasinoFive. In cases of erroneous crediting, you are obligated to promptly notify CasinoFive via email.

5.7. You shall only use debit/credits cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully registered under your name.

5.8. The minimum deposit amount is 20 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency).

5.9. It is illegal and prohibited to deposit money from ill-gotten means, or money which derive from any illegal, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited activity or source.

5.10. All deposits must go through our onsite cashier portal, and we do not accept any cash funds sent to us.

5.11. Player accounts are not regarded as a bank account and, as such, are not covered, guaranteed, endorsed, or otherwise safeguarded by any banking insurance system. Additionally, any funds deposited into your Account will not accrue any interest.

5.12. Please be aware that while debit/credit card transactions are typically listed as Seven23 Limited on your bank statements, there is a possibility that a different name may appear. If you have any doubts or questions regarding the billing statement, please feel free to contact our Customer Support for assistance.

5.13. CasinoFive accepts payments in various currencies.

5.13.1. Should your payment account (be it a bank account or eWallet-account) be denominated in a currency distinct from those offered for transactions, there may arise situations where the currency of your transaction differs from that of your bank/eWallet. In such instances, CasinoFive or your bank/eWallet, as appropriate, will execute currency conversion, aligning the funds with Your Account, prior to crediting them to Your Account.

5.13.2. Correspondingly, when initiating withdrawals, funds may be disbursed to you in a currency differing from that originally stipulated in your bank/eWallet account, CasinoFive or your bank/eWallet, as appropriate, will execute currency conversion, aligning the funds with the currency.

5.13.3. It is imperative to note that any associated exchange fees shall be your responsibility.

5.14. CasinoFive reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity both before and after effecting deposits into Your Account.

5.15. By depositing money, you agree not to make any charge-backs, reversals or otherwise cancel any deposits into your Player Account, and you agree to refund and compensate us for any reasonable costs incurred by us in connection with any charge-back, reversal or cancellation of any deposits.

6. Withdrawals

6.1. In relation to withdrawals of funds from your Account, you shall only use such debit/credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and and lawfully registered under your name. Any winning withdrawals requested made to debit/credit cards and other financial instruments that are not registered under your name will be cancelled and may also be confiscated if the winnings originated from a deposit any debit/credit cards and other financial instruments that are not registered under your name .

6.2. Available withdrawal options are clearly stated on the Website and may differ depending on the market from which the Player originates.

6.3. Players may request to withdraw part or all of their real money balance at any time. Players can withdraw real money balance before satisfying bonus conditions, by doing so they will:

6.3.1. Forfeit the funds tied into the bonus balance, and may be subject to Processing Fees.

6.3.2. Acknowledge that only Active Players qualify for a withdrawal of any free money accumulated from promotional offers.

6.3.3. In case of a withdrawal request of real money balance, when the funds have not been wagered at least three (3) times, we reserve the right to carry out an Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).

6.4. In no event, may player's request that Account Balances be transferred to another player Account. All amounts available to be withdrawn will be subjected to the transaction limits stipulated by term 6.11, 6.15, and 6.16.

6.5. Withdrawals shall be remitted only to the same account where your funds originated from. Where this is not possible, we shall remit the funds back to you in line with the requirements under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation.

6.6. Funds marked as "Bonus money" or stuck in an aborted game will not be possible to withdraw.

6.7. We may at any time remove any positive balance on your Account against any amount you owe to us when we re-settle any bets or wagers pursuant to Duplicate Accounts, Cheating, collusion, criminal activity, errors or fraud.

6.8. In the event that we erroneously credit your account with winnings not rightfully yours, whether owing to a technical or human error, or any other circumstance, said amount will remain the property of ours, and the corresponding sum will be deducted from your Account. Should you have withdrawn funds not belonging to you prior to our discovery of the error, the erroneously paid amount will (without prejudice to any other remedies and legal actions available) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In instances of an erroneous crediting, you are obligated to promptly notify us via email.

6.9. The payment managers employed by Seven23 Limited will carry out additional verification procedures for any pay-outs. We reserve the right to request any or all Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) documentation including but not limited to; copy of identification document, utility bills. As well as confirmation of source of wealth, source of funds and source of income, along with any political status upon withdrawals exceeding two thousand (2,000) EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency). We are required to collect such documentation in line with our Anti-Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism obligations.

6.10. All transactions shall be checked in order to prevent Money Laundering (ML). Seven23 Ltd shall report any suspicious transaction to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and other relevant competent authorities. If Seven23 Ltd becomes aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website, Seven23 Ltd must report this immediately. Seven23 Ltd may suspend, block or close an Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

6.11. The processing time for withdrawals may vary upon circumstances, but we aim for withdrawal requests to be approved or denied within two (2) working days. A player shall be informed about reasons for any delay if the time for the money to arrive at the players account exceeds ten (10) days.

6.12. If you wish to withdraw a part of the winnings which amounts to ten thousand (10,000) EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) or more, we have the right to divide the pay-out into instalments until the full amount is paid out. You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts. The maximum withdrawable amount per week is five thousand (5,000) EUR and ten thousand (10,000 EUR) per month (or the equivalent in any other currency). Exceptions can be made to players with a higher VIP status at the discretion of management.

6.13. The minimum withdrawal amount processed worldwide outside EU via Wire Transfer is one hundred (100) EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency). For transactions within EU the minimum withdrawal amount processed with Wire Transfer is thirty (30) EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency). Exceptions can be made to players with a higher VIP status at the discretion of management.

6.14. We advise and notify you that our products are consumed instantly during gameplay. Therefore, we do not provide refunds, returns of goods, or cancellation of your service when playing. If you play a Game with real money, the money will be drawn from your player account instantly.

6.15. We are not a banking institution, thus, You shall not treat us as a banking institution nor expect any interest. All deposits made into your account must be wagered.

6.16. We may decide to charge assigned fees for processing withdrawals and it is to be clearly stated when you perform a withdrawal request.

6.17. Multiple and Small Withdrawal Processing Fee: A withdrawal processing fee equivalent to 10% of the withdrawn amount ("Processing Fee") will be applicable under the scenarios described in the clauses below.

6.17.1. Multiple Low-Value Withdrawals: Should a user request more than three (3) withdrawal transactions prior to the pending withdrawals being processed, and the combined sum of these withdrawals is less than one thousand (1,000) EUR (or its equivalent in any other currency), the Processing Fee will apply to the total withdrawal amount. Seven23 Ltd retains the right, at its sole discretion, to waive or adjust the Processing Fee under special circumstances. Any waiver or adjustment does not constitute a change to these Terms and does not set a precedent for future transactions.

6.18. We reserve the right to perform due diligence at any time we deem necessary. Players will be able to withdraw funds upon the fulfillment of the required due diligence and game play checks conducted by us.

7. Bonus Rules

7.1. Occasionally, we might provide bonuses, rewards, promotions, competitions, cashback, and/or gifts ("promotions"). Promotional money is free money intended to help you enjoy our website and is not intended as a way to gain a financial profit.

7.2. Each bonus offer is restricted to one per individual, family, household address, phone number, personal or shared computer (such as those at schools, public libraries, or workplaces), and personal or shared IP address.

7.3. We reserve the right to refuse a bonus to any customer, decline bonuses of any sort, cancel participation in any promotion, and either permanently or temporarily ban any customer or a group of customers from the Website's promotion program at our sole discretion.
